I like to use this before I take a warm bath at night or apply it at bed time to assist your body in running it's healing and detoxification processes while you sleep! 
 
You can rub this over the whole abdominal area. Or focus on the liver and gallbladder would have you rubbing it on the right side of your abdomen. Or you can choose to spread it on the left side of the abdomen over the spleen area.
